Organometal–peptide bioconjugates have a variety of applications in biomedical studies, such as antiproliferative and anti-bacterial activity, as well as to aid the elucidation of the mode of action of the conjugated metal complexes. Our group has developed the solid-phase synthesis of organometal–peptides by different synthesis schemes, their characterization and use in biomedical studies. Selected examples are presented in this review.Downloads
