Abstract

Prevention of the risk of explosion is subject to legislation by laws, ordinances and directives. Where, when, and how should we intervene in this process? New tools are available: organization, risk analyses, near-accidents analyses, check-lists, motivation, communication, workers' participation in processes, mentoring for new staff, health protection, and absenteeism management.
