Azine Derivatives as a New Generation of Insect Growth Regulators

A new generation of insect-growth-regulator insecticides, the azines, are presented. They inhibit the chitin biosynthesis process and are active against lepidopteran pests. Their synthesis and a structure–activity relationship will be discussed.Downloads
