The general utility of solid-phase synthesis for creating libraries of compounds will be discussed with particular reference paid to the development of a solid-phase organic synthetic route to quinolones. Using the DIVERSOMER® technology a library of quinolones have been prepared, purified and analyzed. Additionally, the issue of resin impurities and by-products will be discussed.Downloads
