From thermodynamic considerations it is concluded that the vapour pressure of the ternary CO2/NH3/H2O system in a closed system depends only on the temperature, charge density and the initial mol ratios L and W. For the measurement of the vapour pressure a new method is presented. Pressure measurements are given in the range of 160 to 200 °C, 0.2 to 0.7 g/cm3, W= 0 to −0.6 at L = 2.
