Verschiedene Formen der Enzym-Heterogenität
DOI:

The main forms of enzyme heterogeneity are of genetic nature: Iso(en)zymes and enzyme polymorphisms (allelic forms). Epigenetic (secondary) enzyme modifications («Metazymes») form a group of growing chemical and biological importance. They include substitutions and conformational alterations, which are involved in activity regulation, enzyme ageing and in preparatory artefacts. For each type typical examples are given.
