Metallorganische Azidokomplexe von Elementen der III. und IV. Hauptgruppe

Abstract

The complexes Me₃SiN₃AlMe₃ and Me₃GeN₃GaMe₃ are formed at low temperatures by reaction of the corresponding trimethyl-elementazides with the trimethylmetals of Al and Ga. At elevated temperatures the complexes decompose, whereby the species [Me₂MN₃]₃ were obtained. [Me₂InN₃]₃ was also prepared by an analogous route. The vibrational spectra of the trimeric azides with M = Ga, In were recorded and assigned.
