Ungewöhnliche Desaktivierung photochemisch angeregter Zustände

Abstract

Unusual photochemical deactivation-steps are discussed. These concern the photochemical deactivation of long-lived upper-excited states, and also photochemical reactions in which activation barriers are involved. It is shown that the latter may lead to erroneous interpretations of the observed wavelength-dependence of photochemical reactions.
