Abstract

The electronic absorption spectra of five 1-alkyl-s-triazol-4-N-acylimines have been measured in a number of pure solvents. The hypsochromic shifts are found to be linearly related to the polarity parameters ET, Z and S. The correlations slopes of these are dependent of the substituents.
