13C-Resonanz von Disacchariden mit Galactoserest

Abstract

The 13C spectra of disaccharides with galactose residues are discussed. The assignments of the signals were achieved by comparison of the disaccharide spectra with those of the monomeric units and glycosides. The pulse Fourier transform 13C NMR spectroscopy allows the recording of the spectra of the sugar before mutarotation thus permitting unequivocal assignements of the signals due to the α and β anomer.
