Katalytische Aktivität verschiedener Metallion-Phthalocyanintetrasulfonate bei der Disproportionierung von H2O2

Abstract

The catalytic activity in the decomposition of H₂O₂ is compared for several 3d-metal ion-phthalocyanine 4,4',4'',4'''- tetrasulfonates. Catalytically active complexes are those containing Co^II, Co^III, or Fe^III; the N^iII and Cu^II complexes are inactive. As known from the literature the respective complexes with Mn^II, or Zn^II are also inactive. The conditions (electronic configuration, coordination number) for obtaining catalytically active complexes are discussed shortly.
